I successfully completed the migration of 13 mailboxes from an IMAP server to Office 365 Exchange for Chad, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations. Key tasks completed: ✅ Remote Assistance: Performed all migration tasks securely via AnyDesk. ✅ Mailbox Migration: Transferred 13 email accounts as per the client’s user list. ✅ Error Resolution: Addressed and explained any mailbox-related errors encountered. ✅ Shared Mailbox Conversion: Converted specific mailboxes into shared mailboxes, optimizing access and collaboration. ✅ User Guidance: Provided detailed instructions on how to access and utilize shared mailboxes in Office 365. ✅ DNS Configuration: Updated cPanel DNS records to point the mail server to Office 365, ensuring proper email routing. ✅ Migration Validation: Verified that all accounts were functioning correctly post-migration. ✅ Ongoing Support: Offered additional assistance for alias creation and further configurations as needed. This project highlights my expertise in email migration, Office 365 setup, DNS management, and user support, ensuring seamless and efficient transitions for businesses.
